It is the first electrolyte gummy that contains 22 grams of carbohydrates , 300mg of sodium and electrolytes ( potassium, calcium and magnesium ) and is neutral in flavor , with a pH of almost 7. Being such a neutral bar that it will not cause you stomach problems or flavor oversaturation.
