It's the first carbohydrate gummy that contains 45 grams of carbohydrates, 260 mg of sodium, and a neutral flavor, with a pH of almost 7. It's such a neutral bar that it won't cause stomach problems or flavor overload.

From a technical perspective, it's an innovative gummy bar and features pre-divided gummy portions. What does this mean? You'll get the bar pre-divided (undivided) into three pieces, making it easier for athletes to tailor their hourly nutrition plan to their needs.
