To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@fanteofficial.com or send a message to WhatsApp +34611890384. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging and in good condition.

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Keep the packaging in perfect condition and report the issue via email or WhatsApp. Please describe the problem in your message, and we will get in touch with you.
  2. Return Policy: After the product is collected, it will be checked to ensure it is in perfect condition. Once the product's condition has been verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return periods: 15 days for nutritional products. 30 days for clothing and accessories. You will receive your refund within a maximum of 10 business days after the product has been inspected at our facilities.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a return due to product defects or a size exchange, FANTÉ will cover the associated shipping costs. For returns not due to product defects, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (€12) .
  4. Clothing Exchanges or Returns: Clothing items must be returned with the original tag intact. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed from the garment or if the clothing has been worn. The original packaging will also not be accepted.
  5. Exchanges or returns of downloadable digital items: Once purchased, any downloadable PDF is non-refundable as it is a downloaded product intended for use. The only option is a 50% refund of the amount spent if the chosen digital items are not to your liking.
