Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases, through our customer service department, provided that the product has not been processed (i.e., it has not left our logistics facilities for its destination), modifications or cancellations may be made.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, meaning the product has left our facilities for its destination, the customer must bear the payment of the transport costs incurred by the cancellation. (€12)
