The FANTÉ BUFFER is an innovative protocol using sodium bicarbonate and carbohydrates designed to improve performance in high-intensity sessions, especially those performed above the anaerobic threshold.

Unlike traditional protocols, it combines a pre-workout in a bag format and a GLUT 5 BUFFER single-dose during training, maintaining stable blood bicarbonate levels and allowing more sets, with greater power and for a longer time.

Developed by Alicia Ávila, sports physiologist and co-founder of FANTÉ, and by Luis Martínez Mora, nutritionist and co-founder of FANTÉ, and supported by scientific evidence from the International Olympic Committee (2018), the FANTÉ BUFFER redefines the way to train to the limit.

Mix with the recommended amount of water and consume.
RECOMMENDED USE
Take during high-intensity physical activity above the lactate threshold or sets in zone 4-5 or higher.
Mix the correct dose with water according to your body weight and shake vigorously. Use one serving of the Buffer 2 sachet 3 hours before starting your workout, and also consume one Buffer single-dose unit per hour during your workout if it is a specific one.

Its use is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, those suffering from hypertension, kidney, liver or heart problems, as well as those who are on diuretic treatments or low sodium diets, who should inform their doctor for supervision.
