Warning: We have incorporated a PROPASIL MICRO (TYVEK) 1.0 GR silica desiccant bag into our production and packaging line. This is one of the best desiccant bags on the market, designed to improve product preservation even after opening. We recommend leaving the bag in place at all times for it to be effective.

In the 1.6kg version, due to older packaging, the usage instructions contain an error in the weight per scoop.

1 scoop = 30 grams (instead of 20 grams as indicated in the instructions).

Therefore, at FANTÉ, we wanted to combine science and experience, and we have created a specific formula based on weight and ingredients to suit everyone and not be generic.

We are the first recovery product to specify the scientifically supported usage instructions based on the athlete's weight and goal.

Mix the correct dose with water or milk according to your body weight and shake vigorously.

Consume an extra bottle of water to replenish fluids. You should aim for approximately 120%-150% of the weight lost during activity.

Drinking this extra bottle of water helps prevent dehydration that can occur when you consume a hypertonic beverage like our Recovery Glycogen.

It's very effective at synthesizing muscle and liver glycogen because it promotes the uptake of solutes (carbohydrates) into the body, but this also causes water to be released into the body, leading to dehydration.
