However, unlike other gels on the market, FANTÉ energy gels contain a high amount of sodium per unit, from 200 to 350mg of sodium per gel. Therefore, if you want to combine them with the ISO DRINK isotonic range, calculate the total amount of sodium per hour correctly and hydrate with enough water to properly digest the carbohydrates.

Instructions for use

Mix one single-dose sachet with 500 ml of water to achieve a 9% concentration, the maximum tolerated by your intestines. If you are using a 750 ml container, use one single-dose sachet per 750 ml to reach a concentration of around 6%, which is more easily digested than water.

Take during physical activity.

Take one sachet every 60 minutes.

TIP: Try to follow the product quantities according to the container used (500ml / 750ml) to avoid exceeding the 6%-9% concentration and thus not impairing the rate of gastric emptying. In hot environments above 27 degrees Celsius or with humidity of 65% or more, use 2 doses starting at the 3rd hour or combine with our GLUT 5 gel range to reach 450mg of sodium per hour.

La gama ISO Drink está diseñada con una concentración de carbohidratos del 6% en todos sus modos de usos, desde el envase 250ml, 500ml o 750ml. Adaptándonos a cualquier deportista.

El porqué de formularlo a un 6%, es porque el objetivo principal de cualquier isotónico es la rehidratación del deportista cuando realiza ejercicio físico. Es por ello, que el objetivo de hidratarse está por encima de proporcionarnos energía por lo que hemos incluido un 6%, haciendo que la velocidad de vaciado gástrico sea la más rápida hasta la fecha en FANTÉ y nos aporte la rehidratación más óptima y rápida que existe.

En cambio, la bebida de carbohidratos GLUT 5 DRINK está formulada con el objetivo de obtener lo más rápido posible la energía que necesitamos y con la máxima concentración que podemos diluir en agua. Esta concentración es del 9%. Siendo la concentración máxima que toleramos cuando entrenamos.
