Instructions for use

Mix one sachet with 500 ml of water to obtain a 9% carbohydrate solution, the upper concentration generally tolerated by the gut.

For a 750 ml bottle, use one sachet to obtain a concentration of approximately 6%, which is generally easier to tolerate.

Take during exercise, using one sachet every 60 minutes.
