Instructions for use

Mix 1 sachet with 500 ml of water to reach a concentration of 9%, the maximum tolerable for our gut. If you use a 750 ml bottle, use 1 sachet per 750 ml and you will have a concentration of around 6%, which is faster to digest than water.

Take during physical activity.

Take one sachet every 60 minutes.

TIP: Try to follow the product quantities according to the container used (500 ml / 750 ml) to avoid exceeding the 6%-9% concentration and thus not impairing the speed of gastric emptying. In hot environments above 27 degrees Celsius or with 65% humidity or more, use 2 doses from the 3rd hour or combine with our GLUT 5 gel range to reach 450 mg of sodium per hour.

Also, in these conditions, you can increase the amount of water from 800 to 1200 ml/h. We advise you to calculate your sweat rate before drinking a predetermined amount.
