What is the FANTÉ MAKERS CLUB loyalty program and how does it work?
FANTÉ MAKERS CLUB is our loyalty program designed to reward our loyal customers for every purchase and action they take on our website. Every time you shop or interact with us, you earn euros that you can redeem automatically, along with other exclusive benefits.
How can I earn euros?
You can earn euros with your purchases and by performing different actions such as: buying and inviting friends.
What are the program levels?
Tiers are determined based on the amount of euros you accumulate. We have three tiers in our loyalty program:
- Beginner : 0 - 150 euros
- Professional : 150 - 500 euros
- Elite : +500 euros
The more euros you accumulate, the greater the benefits and rewards you'll be able to access. Above, in the "LEVEL UP" section, you can see everything each level offers. Once you reach a level, you'll have a 6-month period to maintain it. At the end of this period, your level will be reassessed based on the euros generated during that year.
How do I advance from one level to another?
You'll automatically level up as soon as you earn the required amount of euros for each level. It doesn't matter if you've already redeemed some points; what counts is the total amount of euros earned in the last 6 months.
How do I use my euros for a purchase?
Your accumulated euros will be applied directly when you place your order.
How does the referral system work?
When you refer a friend to FANTÉ MAKES CLUB, you both benefit. Your friend will automatically receive €5 to use on their first purchase. When your friend makes this purchase, you'll automatically receive €5 in your account.
How many euros do I get for each purchase?
The value of the euros in the program remains the same as in the previous program: 3% of each purchase . This means that for every 100 euros you spend in our store, you will receive 3 euros.
Do I need to accumulate euros without spending them to level up?
No, you don't need to keep your euros unredeemed. Your level advancement is based on the euros you've earned, not the ones you have available. So you can redeem euros throughout the year without it affecting your progress.
What should I do if I think there are euros missing from my account?
The euros associated with your purchases are automatically added to your account after you make the purchase. If you still see an error in your euro balance after this time, please contact us by email at info@fanteofficial.com and we will review it.
Can I combine discounts?
Yes, you can combine it with other active discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
