N-CRAMP.
THE SCIENCE OF
MOUTH RINSE.
Over a year researching a different approach to exercise-associated muscle cramps.
EXPLORE THE RESEARCHTHE MOUTH IS MORE
THAN A ROUTE
FOR INGESTION.
Some studies have explored whether intense oral stimuli can trigger rapid sensory signals and influence neuromuscular responses.
A HYPOTHESIS WORTH EXPLORING.
In an experimental model, Miller et al. (2010) observed shorter electrically induced cramps after pickle juice compared with water. A later study (2021) found no statistically significant differences between rinsing, ingestion and water.
IT IS NOT ALWAYS SOLVED
WITH MORE OF THE SAME.
Exercise-associated cramps may occur even when hydration and carbohydrate intake are carefully planned.
That is why we chose to explore another approach: a specific oral protocol, a carefully considered concentration and a format designed for that use.
N-CRAMP.
AN APPROACH
DESIGNED FOR
ITS INTENDED USE.
A project developed to explore a different approach to cramps: formulation, concentration, tolerability and oral use as part of a specific protocol.
