Since we began formulating our first product back in Christmas 2021 , we had one clear idea in mind: a nutrition brand should have solids, and within those solids, gummies.
Why? For several reasons, the first being palatability . That is, after hours and hours of training, we saw that palatability was decreasing, and the desire to continue consuming liquids and semi-liquids was decreasing. And this translated into not wanting to continue eating.
And the second, to meet the minimum carbohydrate and sodium needs of athletes who don't consume gels but do consume solid foods. This would ensure that they perform as well as athletes who combine gels with solid foods.
That's why gummies emerged as part of our nutritional planning.
This nutritional plan increasingly incorporated more formulated products, but with a clear objective. An athlete using FANTÉ should be covered for all their carbohydrate, sodium, mineral, and supplement needs , regardless of the circumstances and type of sport . And that's true with every FANTÉ product.
Thanks to the fact that we formulated more than 21 products before launching the brand, these CARBO GUMMY and ELECTRO GUMMY gummies can now be used perfectly with any type of product, such as Gel 60 , Gel Hydro 35, Gel Lite 30 , and the hydrating ISO DRINK and GLUT 5 DRINK gels . And even the FANTÉ BUFFER product.
TYPES OF JELLY CANDY?
At FANTÉ there are two types of gummies with different objectives.
CARBO GUMMY and ELECTRO GUMMY
CARBO GUMMY are gummies that contain:
- 45 grams of carbohydrates
- 260mg of sodium
- Ratio 1:0.8
- With a pH of 7, almost neutral. Minimizing stomach problems.
- Neutral flavor
- Vegan and gluten-free
ELECTRO GUMMY are gummies that contain:
- 22 grams of carbohydrates
- 300mg of sodium
- Contains potassium, magnesium and calcium
- Ratio 1:0.8
- Neutral flavor
- Vegan and gluten-free
Both gummies have a soft texture, do not stick to the teeth, and have different flavors.
The CARBO GUMMY has a neutral flavor, tending towards sweetness , and the ELECTRO GUMMY has a neutral flavor but tending towards less sweetness .

MODES OF USE
FANTÉ GUMMY gummies have been designed to be combined with any product in the FANTÉ range.
The recommendations in this guide are exclusive to FANTÉ. Therefore, they cannot be applied to other types of gels, isotonic drinks, or other products from other brands.

-High-performance athletes or athletes who train more than 10 hours per week
Recommendation:
Consume 1 GLUT 5 OFF + 1 CARBO GUMMY per hour for long or intense workouts
Consume 1 GLUT 5 OFF + 1 ELECTRO GUMMY for light or long workouts at low intensity
-Amateur athletes or those who train between 6 and 10 hours per week
Recommendation:
Consume 1 GLUT 5 HYDRO or GLUT 5 LITE + 1 CARBO GUMMY per hour for workouts longer than 2 hours
