The website is primarily intended for users residing in Spain. FANTÉ FOODS does not warrant that the website complies with the laws of other countries, either in whole or in part.
3. Applicability of the general conditions
These Terms of Sale apply solely and exclusively to business owners and professionals, and in no case to individuals who are end consumers.
In order for users to be considered Clients, they must meet the following requirements:

4. Object
These terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.fanteofficial.com, which Fanté FOODS SL makes available to its users and customers.
These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce and Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions. FANTÉ FOODS SL may modify them without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that you review them periodically, especially when you intend to make effective use of your online store located on the Fanté website. However, Fanté undertakes to always keep them updated, publish the latest version, and allow access and printing at any time.
It makes available to Users the following products (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as "the Products"):

- Energy Bars
- Energy Gummies
- Isotonic Drinks
The Products offered by Fanté will be listed on the website, indicating their characteristics and final price (including indirect taxes, expenses, and the price of additional services). Therefore, they are available to the User prior to requesting services. Purchasing any of the products offered by Fanté implies that the User is only bound by the General Terms and Conditions established herein, in accordance with the products described.
FANTÉ may only be held liable for or in connection with the provision of the products if the defects or irregularities are a direct consequence of any fraudulent, negligent or intentional act directly and exclusively attributable to FANTÉ.
The territorial scope of the provision of services will coincide with the territorial scope described in FANTÉ FOODS SL
5. Conditions of access and purchase
Access to the FANTÉ FOODS SL website is free and grants the user the status of User, regardless of subsequent use of the services offered.
The purchase of products from FANTÉ FOODS SL may only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchasing process, consisting, but not limited to:
(i) Completion of the registration form or the identification form for previously registered users;
(ii) On-screen display of the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs – if applicable;
(iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies the reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as, where applicable, the existing Specific Conditions and
(iv) immediate receipt of a summary email in the account used for registration or – failing that – as soon as possible and always within twenty-four hours.
6. Orders
No valid order may be placed without expressly accepting, through the boxes enabled for this purpose, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of FANTÉ FOODS SL
All orders will be considered offers to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. FANTÉ FOODS SL reserves the right to accept them if the conditions set forth herein are not met.
Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a receipt confirming receipt. However, this confirmation does not automatically imply acceptance of the order, as FANTÉ FOODS SL reserves the right to collect additional information related to identity and address to ensure both correct delivery of the order and the absence of fraud related to the transactions.
Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except when the service is suspended for maintenance or due to other commercial circumstances and/or force majeure.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an order cannot be delivered due to supply issues or insufficient stock, the user will have the option to wait until the product is available or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the user or a third party indicated by him acquires physical possession of the products.
The delivery time for the order will vary depending on the shipping method selected and will be indicated on the website once the order confirmation is received. In any case, it will not exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation. If the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user and offer them the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the price paid.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so they can collect the shipment at the indicated location and within the timeframe. If this time frame elapses without collection, the shipment will be returned to FANTÉ FOODS SL with postage paid by the customer.
Orders always travel at the user/customer's expense and risk. Any additional costs not included in our rates (maritime packaging, special unloading methods, baggage allowances, air freight, etc.) will always be at the user/customer's expense and risk.
Shipping will be carried out by an external shipping company that will make deliveries on behalf of FANTÉ FOODS SL and will track orders with the appropriate security control measures.
8. Price and payment
The price of each product is understood to be the one that will appear on the website at the time of each order or in accordance with the specific agreement reached by the parties for a specific Order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, along with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price payable.
Prices may be changed by FANTÉ FOODS SL at any time and without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed orders. However, even after confirmation, FANTÉ FOODS SL will not be obligated to process orders if the price is incorrect, especially when the error is obvious and easily recognizable.

9. Returns, repairs
The user/customer has the right to return all products purchased on the Website provided that they notify FANTÉ FOODS SL within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the delivery date and meet the following conditions:
The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The payment method will be refunded in the same way as the payment method used at the time of purchase.
10. Right of withdrawal
