For shipments outside the European Union and the UK, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or duties in their country, which are not included in the shipping costs. All orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. After 2:00 PM, they will be processed the following day. Shipping time is 24-48 hours from the time the order leaves our facilities.

Deliveries will be made only Monday through Friday on business days. No deliveries or shipments will be made on weekends or holidays.

• Canary Islands: €12 (the client must pay the DUA upon entering the Canary Islands)
