To start the return process, please contact us at info@fanteofficial.com or send a WhatsApp message to +34611890384. Please ensure you send the product in its original packaging and in good condition.

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Keep the packaging in optimal condition and communicate your situation via email or WhatsApp. You must write describing what happened, and we will contact you.
  2. Return Period: After collecting the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition. Once the product's condition has been verified, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method. Return Period: 15 days for nutritional products. 30 days for clothing and accessories. You will receive your money within 10 business days at the latest, once the product has been inspected at our facilities.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a return due to product defects or size exchanges, FANTÉ will cover the associated shipping costs. For returns other than those due to product defects, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (€12) .
  4. Clothing Exchanges or Returns: Clothing must be returned with the original tag intact. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed from the garment or if the clothing has been worn. If the garment is not in its original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
  5. Exchanges or returns for downloadable digital items: Once purchased, no refunds are available for any downloadable PDF, as the product is downloaded and usable. The only possible option is if you don't like the digital items you choose. In this case, a 50% refund will be offered.
