Depending on the type of route and elevation change
Looking to achieve your personal best? Choose fast, flat routes. Options include routes with low elevation gain (Valencia, Seville, Barcelona) and routes with high elevation gain (Sierra Blanca, Atom Isasa Trail Xtrem, Reventón Trail).

You must be at least 18 years old . Most tests require:

Nutritional preparation to face the 42 km
A well-planned marathon nutrition strategy is essential:
- Days before: increase carbohydrate intake and reduce the amount of fat and fiber.
